Yesterday's recap: Rockies dismantled, pantsed and swept by Braves

Lineups

Colorado Rockies (41-47)
  1. CF Carlos Gonzalez
  2. SS Jonathan Herrera
  3. 1B Todd Helton
  4. LF Ty Wigginton
  5. 2B Mark Ellis
  6. RF Cole Garner
  7. 3B Ian Stewart
  8. C   Chris Iannetta
  9. P   Jason Hammel
Tonight would be a wonderful night for Jason Hammel to get back on track, don't you think?

We welcome back Cole Garner. Cole was up for one at-bat on Monday. He left on Tuesday to make room for Ian Stewart, who was needed with Tulowitzki's injury. Now he's back after the Charlie Blackmon injury. I really hate using injuries as an excuse, but my God, this team has been juggling players and searching for constant answers since Jorge De La Rosa went down.

Washington Nationals (45-44)
  1. LF Roger Bernadina
  2. 2B Danny Espinosa
  3. 3B Ryan Zimmerman
  4. 1B Michael Morse
  5. RF Jayson Werth
  6. CF Rick Ankiel
  7. C  Will Ramos
  8. SS Ian Desmond
  9. P   John Lannan
